Independence Tube is now manufacturing ERW Pipe Piling to ASTM A252 in Grades 1, 2, and 3. Pipe Piling is produced from 6.625" O.D. to 12.750" O.D. in walls from .188" to .625" up to 78 feet long.
The most popular Pipe Piling sizes of 10.75" OD and 12.75" OD are produced in our Decatur, Alabama Division on a 4-week production cycle for your immediate needs.

- Weight: Each length of pipe shall not vary more than 15% over or 5% under its theoretical weight, calculated using its length and its weight per unit length.
- Wall Thickness Tolerance: Wall thickness at any point shall not be more than 12.5% under the specified nominal wall thickness.
- Outside Dimension of Tolerances: Outside diameter shall not vary more than ±1% From the specified outside diameter.
